- News items are aggregated from all around the Role Playing universe.
- Travelers in the Portal can submit news to be featured on the site.
- Forums
- Travelers can discuss all different topics ranging from the newest RPGs to campaigns they've designed/lead
- Bartering
- Paid subscribers to the Portal can barter their items with other travelers
- Games
- Any traveler looking for players in their campaign can advertise their games in the Portal.
- GMs working for RolePlayersPortal hold live streaming web sessions to play from the comfort of your computer.
- Paid subscribers to the Portal also enjoy free entrance to RolePlayersPortal sponsored gaming events (non paid subscribers can attend as well, but there's an entrance fee)

Gaming Podcast: Square One

Here's a blurb from their site:
The Square One Podcast is for people who are completely new to roleplaying. It is a collaboration between Bill Walton, well-known gaming advocate and author of The Escapist, and author Sam Chupp of The Bear’s Grove, Bardic Circle, and Dragonkin podcasts.
